Private Yoga
Enjoy a specially crafted private yoga session to focus on your needs followed by Reiki. Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing art that encourages physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. Reiki draws upon the use of Life Force energy (the energy within and around us) to promote healing and deep relaxation in the body. During a Reiki session you will remain fully-clothed and lay on a massage table while the practitioner uses specific hands-on positioning to encourage deep relaxation and harmonization of energy. Reiki can also be practiced with a “hands-off” approach for those who prefer not to be touched.
all above sessions can be done while clothed, utilizing a massage table, or chair

Clothing
Your comfort is a main priority because if you are comfortable, you are much more likely to relax and benefit from the session. You will either be undressed and draped appropriately with linens provided or keep your clothing on. Some treatments and techniques require that clothing remain on or you can choose this option if you feel more comfortable. This is something you can also discuss with Susan to create the best scenario to achieve your goals for the session. Please do not wear perfume or body care products with strong scents.
