SCHEDULE

The Valley Om is home to some of the finest yoga teachers and bodyworkers in the Lehigh Valley!

Our mission is to provide good, wholesome yoga and bodywork to you as it best supports your needs, goals, and lifestyle. How do we define “good, wholesome yoga”? Mindful movement through a wide-ranging variety of postures and exercises in coordination with breath to bring full-focused awareness to the experience of living in your unique being - body, mind, heart, and spirit.

With an overall focus on alignment based hatha and vinyasa flow yoga, we maintain and apply a current sense of functional, anatomical knowledge with reverence to the ancient practice of yoga and it’s philosophical tenets. In doing so, we help you find your way to deeper, more meaningful movement in body and in life.

SPECIALTY CLASSES

Specialty Classes bridge the gap between a regular class and a workshop and are a way for us to provide you more in-depth knowledge and focused practice. Each Specialty class will feature a unique field of expertise, reflective of the teacher’s “specialty” - interest, education, and experience.

OUR LOCATION

First built in 1883, as the city of Easton’s first economic development initiative, the Simon Silk Mill housed the manufacturing of textiles until the late 1960s. Acquired by the Easton Redevelopment Authority in 2006 it was studied for feasibility as a creative complex for individual artists and professionals and deemed a cultural redevelopment project, “Silk” has become a tour de force in the creative community as a live work location.
