More About Charity
Charity attended her first yoga class in 2008 after suffering a foot injury while running. Yoga was a way for her to stay flexible and fit. What she did not realize was that yoga also opened a whole new world into helping her with balancing the demands of working full time, parenting a two year old and living life with her husband, Matt. Charity quickly discovered that yoga quieted her busy mind, and created a deeper level of strength and flexibility - both physically and mentally. After moving to Easton in 2011 Charity decided it was time to devote more energy to her passion of yoga and completed a 250 hour yoga teacher training. As a former athlete, she discovered a void in college athletics and directed her new yoga teaching skills to assist college athletic teams in post-game recovery. The college students (who are half Charity's age) discovered the same benefits of yoga as she did - greater flexibility and mobility yielded a stronger athletic performance.
