FOR BEGINNERS AND THOSE WHO WANT TO PRACTICE WITH A BEGINNERS MIND
This weekly in-studio offering on Monday evening has been curated for beginners. A slower paced class focused on the basics and fundamentals, where you learn about your body and how poses are best suited to YOU. Build a connection to your breath and movement for greater confidence to step into other studio classes.
Complete 5 *consecutive Yoga 0.0 classes starting January 3rd, 2022 and be rewarded with a 15 minute personal consultation with Jenny, where you can ask any questions you may have, review any information, or be advised as to how to proceed in your yoga practice with class recommendations and expert eye tips. The studio will be open 15 minutes before class starts. Masks are not currently required, however, we ask you to be responsible for not only yourself but others in the space. If it makes you feel more comfortable to wear a mask, then wear a mask. You will not be meet with any criticism or judgement.
Upon arrival, you may enter the studio with your belongs, place your mat in a designated mat spot, with your belongings off to the side of your mat and take a seat.
Utilize the hand sanitizer stations located in multiple locations.
Bring your own props and limit personal belongings.
