Dana Byerlee is both a certified Holistic Yoga Flow teacher and Mindfulness Meditation Instructor. She views yoga as a path towards liberation and radical self-love, and is a forever student first.

Dana aims to inspire and empower, and interweaves poetry, stories, science, Yogic philosophy, Buddhist wisdom, and pop culture into her classes.

As a cancer survivor, Dana believes in making yoga accessible for everyone. She has been featured in Yoga International, Prevention.com and authored a chapter in the book “Yoga Rising: 30 Empowering Stories from Yoga Renegades for Every Body”.
