More About Danielle
Danielle loves exploring the mind body connection in her classes and believes that an alignment based yoga practice can help inform her students about themselves on and off the mat.
After being diagnosed with two autoimmune diseases at a young age, Danielle turned to yoga as a way to connect to her body as she began to heal. Finding a consistent practice beneficial for her health and spirit, Danielle was inspired to teach and help others that may be struggling. She completed her 200 hour teacher training at Kula Heart Yoga in Bath in 2018 and shortly thereafter started teaching. She enrolled in an additional 300 hour teacher training program at The Yoga Loft in Bethlehem and completed that program in 2021. Danielle is a trauma-informed yoga teacher and has taken trainings specific to yoga for anxiety and stress. She’s a certified children’s yoga teacher and enjoys bringing the love of yoga to all who cross her path.
When she’s not teaching, Danielle enjoys traveling, reading and being with her husband, two young boys and rescue dog.
