Steph’s goal for her yoga students is the same one that she has for herself—to apply the lessons we learn on the mat help us to become our best selves off the mat. She aspires to support others in finding more ease in their lives by discovering self-reflection and healthful living through the connection of mind, body, and breath.
More About Steph
With a keen sense of insight and intuition about what her students need in the moment, Steph offers inspiration, playfulness, and compassion in her classes, as well as detailed alignment instruction. In her classes, you’ll experience asana, breathwork, flow, and mindfulness practices.
Steph has been practicing yoga since 2008 and in 2015 earned her 250-hr yoga teaching with Easton Yoga and a trauma-informed yoga certification with the Shanthi Project. Steph is currently completing a 200-hr functional yoga teacher training with Become One Wholeness.
In addition to yoga, Steph is a lifelong learner who loves to read and write, travel the world with her husband, Chris, and snuggle with her fur babies, Charlie (a cutie King Charles Cavalier) and Apollo (a tubby tabby cat). Steph also enjoys her work as a Global Manager of Employee Experience & Culture at Air Products.
